Enormous Dogs Obviously Think They're Still Very SMOL
Big dogs have a special talent for forgetting just how enormous they are. One minute they are acting like tiny puppies, the next they are trying to fit into laps, doorways, and every bit of personal space they can find.
This story is all about that lovable mismatch between size and self-awareness, with giant breeds that somehow still seem convinced they are small enough to cuddle like a toy poodle.
And once you see how huge some of these breeds can get, it is hard not to laugh at how little they seem to notice. Read on.
1. One big dog with a small mind and one small dog with a big bark.

Dogs can grow big, really big. The largest dog breeds include the Great Dane, English Mastiff, St. Bernard, and Newfoundland, as well as the Irish Wolfhound…
A Great Dane holds the record for the tallest dog, measuring 111.8 cm (44.0 in) from paw to shoulder.
An English Mastiff holds the record for the heaviest canine ever documented, an English Mastiff named Aicama Zorba, who weighed 343 pounds (over 155 kg).
These numbers are already wild, and the next few breeds only make the point stronger.

The St. Bernard can reach a weight of up to 120 kg (260 lb) and a height at the shoulders of up to 90 cm (35 in).
The Newfoundland ('Newfs' or 'Newfies') can weigh up to 90 kg (200 lb) - with the heaviest male documented weighing 120 kg (260 lb). They can grow to be 56-76 cm (22-30 in) tall, measured at the shoulder.
The Irish Wolfhound is at least 32 inches tall at the shoulder and weighs a minimum of 120 pounds, but they are often much larger than that.
Saint Bernards are about 30 inches tall, measured at the shoulder, and weigh between 140 and 180 pounds, but they can grow much larger than the breed standards suggest.
At this point, it is almost easier to describe them as small horses with dog manners.
