French Bulldog Grows Up Using Her Dog Sister As A Pillow But Doesn't Realize She's Gotten So Big
Frannie the French Bulldog had no trouble claiming her new little sister as soon as Trixie came home. The two dogs quickly settled into a sweet routine of snuggling, napping, and sticking close to each other, which made the match feel instant and natural.
What started as a comforting new chapter for Lewis soon turned into a long-running sibling bond, especially after Frannie had already been through a heartbreaking loss. Trixie may have arrived as the younger pup, but she wasted no time acting like she belonged right beside Frannie.
Three years later, the pair are still proving that some cuddle habits never fade. Read on.
It became instantly obvious that Frannie was delighted for her little pup sibling, snuggling her instantly under her paw.

Over time, it became very obvious that the dynamic duo loved cuddling and napping together.
They looked so cute together, too!

They settled into the kind of bond that only gets cuter with time.
Now, three years later, it's nice to see that not much has changed about Frannie and Trixie's relationship.

And if you think cuddling is always peaceful, read about the owner’s remorse after two dominant dogs clashed violently.
Despite the fact that time has led Trixie to end up bigger than her sister Frannie, the two still love to nap together, cuddle, and spoon.
Lewis told The Dodo:
"Trixie still climbs on top for naps, as you can see. Frannie does love to cuddle with her, so she will let her sleep on top for a while."

Don't worry, though; there doesn't seem to be an issue between the pair. Lewis said:
"I think Frannie just likes the contact and doesn’t notice how big she is!"

Lewis said that at night, Frannie and Trixie do what most beloved pets do and sleep in bed with Lewis. During the day, however, it's cuddle puddle city for the two.
Speaking about the two dogs' unique personality traits, Lewis said:
"Frannie loves to jump up on people’s laps even if they weren’t expecting it. She also loves to play ball; she’s super smart and very agile. She is more of a worrier, though, and takes things more seriously. Trixie is a little party girl, fun-loving, and just enjoys life."

Even with Trixie getting bigger, the snuggling never really stopped.
Whether it's couches, chairs, or even footstools, Trixie and Frannie LOVE to cuddle today just as much as they did the day they met.
And the best part? Frannie and Trixie make Lewis happy.
"They make our home feel full. Just snuggling with them on the couch is so relaxing, especially in these tough times."

Some sibling rivalries just turn into lifelong nap partners.
