Bobcat Family Recorded Enjoying Themselves On This Woman's Porch
Bobcats are the kind of wild cats that can stop you in your tracks, especially when they decide to turn up right outside someone’s home. That is exactly what happened in Santa Fe, where artist Kathy Maniscalco found a bobcat family spending time in her back garden and managed to capture the whole scene on camera.
The footage shows the animals resting, exploring, and even stopping for a milk snack on her porch, which made the visit feel oddly peaceful for such a wild group. It was a rare glimpse of nature getting comfortable in the middle of a neighborhood, and Kathy was lucky enough to document every minute of it.
By the time they moved on, they had already turned an ordinary porch into something unforgettable.
Artist Kathy Maniscalco posted this update about the bobcats on Facebook...

And included the most GORGEOUS photos

She told Dr. Susan David, an emotional agility expert:
“Oh, lo and behold, there were babies—babies that were having their milk snack. I thought, ‘Oh, this is just too good to be true! What a gift!’ So I just kept recording little video clips. They stopped feeding, then they started playing in another video that I posted.”

Here they are sleeping amongst her flower pots

She also posted this video of them having a milk snack!
That is not the kind of porch visitor you get every day.
This is similar to the man who found mountain lions lounging on his porch.
Aren't they such a beautiful family?
Kathy said:
“We got to see their beautiful spotted tummies and the momma cleaning them, and it was just so amazing. I couldn’t believe my eyes because I was literally 6 inches away from them. They did not mind at all my iPhone recording them.”

Here's the other video she posted
They're so fluffy!

Just look at this little cutie

The bobcat family moved on after spending around four hours in Kathy's garden

Friendly reminder that bobcats are NOT pets... but don't you secretly want one anyway?
