Wild Turkey Warns Traffic Cop He Can’t Write Tickets In His Neighborhood
A turkey in Livermore, California, decided a traffic stop was not happening on its turf, and the bodycam footage makes the whole scene even better. A motorcycle officer had just pulled over a driver when the bird marched in, flapped its wings, and acted like it was ready to enforce its own rules.
The officer was trying to do his job, but the turkey kept following him around and making the stop impossible to finish. In the end, the driver got off with a warning, and the cop backed away from the bird’s neighborhood.
It is a short, strange showdown, and the turkey clearly thought it had the final say.
The police officer had to let the man go with just a warning because the turkey wouldn’t leave him alone. He concluded that the best way to maintain peace was by leaving this turkey’s territory.
