Hilarious Dog Is Arrested By German Police For Sneaking Away From Home
A German police call turned into an unexpectedly funny rescue after one adventurous dog slipped away from home in the village of Ziegenbach. What started as a simple wander ended with cyclists, worried bystanders, and officers stepping in to help a very confused pup.
The dog had apparently been out looking for a little freedom when he met some cyclists who stopped to play with him. Thinking he might be lost, they stayed with him and called the police, which is how the whole situation escalated into a full-on canine roundup.
By the time the officers arrived, the dog’s big escape had become a very public adventure. Read on.
The police officers loaded the dog into the cruiser and took a photo of themselves laughing in the company of their cute detainee.
But as you can see, the dog didn’t share their enthusiasm.
When the poor pooch decided to slip away from home, he knew that there would be consequences, but he probably expected some frowning, not the police.
The dog's expression is priceless.
This is similar to when police found a distressed German Shepherd with its head trapped in a concrete wall.
Luckily for the pooch, the policemen did their best to return him home. They asked around in the village and were able to locate the owners.
The dog's owner was found, and the four-legged friend could be returned.
We bet he will now think twice about sneaking away from home, now that he knows the police are out there.
That little escape clearly did not go as planned.
