Guy Turns His Cat Into A Warrior Badass By 3D Printing Him Battle Armor
Cats already act like tiny predators, but one 3D printer owner decided to lean all the way into that energy. Instead of a simple costume, Jwall from the 3D printing forum PrintThatThing built a full set of battle armor for his cat, turning an ordinary pet into a miniature warrior.
The project mixes clever design, a lot of patience, and just enough absurdity to make it unforgettable. The armor is fully 3D printable, and the finished look gives the cat a surprisingly fierce presence, even if the real star of the show is still the cat itself.
By the end, the only question is whether this armored kitty looks more ready for battle or for a very dramatic nap. Read on.
The entire design can be built with one hundred percent 3D printable parts.
And if you’re not too savvy with 3D printing technology, fear not! Jwall offers all the help you need on his page.
The Lucky Kitty Cat

Vicious

We started off by first drawing out how we wanted the overall look and vibe of the armor to be.
And I suggested that it should have spikes because I always pet [Bobo] in a reverse pattern, so his hair is all crazy and he looks like a spiky tiger.
The armor is also functional, one of the plates has a small hole for a leash, and there’s an ID tag attached to the breastplate. So, no matter what battle your kitty gets into, you can be sure the feline will come back home safe and sound.
And if you think this armor is intense, remember the owner who got “total defeat” after his cat brought a spider.
The Armor Is Complete with Close-Up Details Like This Skull.
