Adorable Cat Constantly Has Her Tongue Out Due to a Jaw Deformity And It's The Cutest Thing Ever
A five-year-old cat from Arlington, Virginia, is winning hearts for one very unusual reason, her tongue is almost always sticking out. Pretty Kitty was born with a jaw deformity that leaves her mouth only partly open, and her owner, Clare Meyer, says the quirky look has only made her more lovable.
Pretty Kitty can still eat, play, cuddle, and keep up with her daily routine, even if dry food takes a little more effort. Over time, her tongue became even more noticeable, and her nonstop grooming, messy meals, and affectionate personality turned her into a tiny household celebrity.
It is hard not to smile at a cat this distinctive. Read on.
Clare confirmed that: 'Every vet we have brought her to says there is no need to try and fix her jaw because she lives a very healthy life.'

She can only open her mouth a small amount, so naturally, she struggles while eating dry food, but she has no problem eating wet food.

Her owner also confirmed that she is 'the world's messiest eater,' since she gets food all over the wall and the space surrounding her bowl.

According to vets, Pretty Kitty lives a very healthy life despite her deformity.

Pretty Kitty is also a super-affectionate cat who enjoys playing around and cuddling with her owners.

Her owner also added that she 'makes her laugh every day' and that she would not know 'what to do without her.'

Pretty Kitty also loves to lay on her human's chest, especially for morning coffee and evening TV.

Pretty Kitty keeps her humans entertained around the clock.
This reminds us of the chonky cat who got healthier using a button and a dispenser.
She's also quite energetic and playful, especially at 3 AM when her humans are trying to sleep.

Grooming is such a huge part of her daily life, and she's constantly doing it...

....she basically can't go more than five minutes without grooming; 'she just cannot stop licking.'

She's such a beautiful kitty.
Clare concluded by saying, 'I actually don't know what I would do without her; her tongue never ever gets old to us, and she makes us laugh every day.'

The name 'Pretty Kitty' suits her so well.
She's such a beautiful kitty.

They're so lucky to have each other ❤️
Wait until you see how this cat handled a triple amputation and still seizes each day.
