Scott Metzger, a proud cat owner and cartoon genius, has spent over 20 years creating single-panel cartoons featuring hilarious and adorable cats. He has been producing these illustrations since 1996 and has perfectly captured what it's like to not only be a cat but also to experience life from a cat's point of view while living with humans. Scott says he mainly creates the comics because he enjoys making people laugh.
