Father Captures Adorable Footage Of His Baby Daughter Dancing To Their Dog Playing The Piano
Buddy Mercury is the kind of rescue dog people remember. With a name inspired by Freddie Mercury and a talent for playing the piano, he has already won over fans far beyond his own home.
Recently, his family shared a video of Buddy performing while his baby sister danced along, and the sweet moment quickly started making the rounds online. The clip shows just how much music is part of their everyday life, and why Buddy has become such a beloved little star.
Now the internet cannot seem to get enough of this musical family.

The talented pup is named after Freddie Mercury, the late lead singer of the legendary rock band, Queen.
“We met him at an adoption event on April 30, 2016, and brought him home!” Buddy Mercury’s human parents said. “He is one of the kindest, sweetest dogs I’ve ever met. He absolutely loves people, but he also loves other animals, even cats! He gets along with everyone. He’s a little love. Buddy Mercury plays his piano daily, many times multiple times per day. He would like to inspire other animals and children all over the world about the joy of music and to always let your creative juices flow.”
“We feel he plays his tunes not only for the love of music and his family but as a call to action for others to consider rescuing an animal. There are so many out there in need of a good, loving, and happy home.”
Music is a big deal in Buddy Mercury’s family. His human dad is a drummer. “Any time his dad is drumming away, Buddy will be inspired. The same goes for when his little sister is playing her guitar or singing and dancing. It’s amazing.”
Buddy’s daily piano routine is similar to how a golden retriever adopted the role of dad for four rescue bunnies.
Most of all, the gorgeous pup loves making people smile.
And people can't get enough of him!
