Dogs and people share a special relationship. If you've ever discussed your ups and downs with your dog, it can sometimes seem like they understand. At the very least, this dog seemingly understands us... possibly a bit too much.

The following article sounds like the start of a joke, but one Twitter user, 'visagermusic', posted that when she was at a bar in Seattle, she encountered the last thing you'd expect to see there: a dog wearing a hat, casually sitting at the bar (possibly having a ruff day).
