This Neighbor Put A Hole in His Fence For This Doggo Who Was Begging For Attention
Sometimes the sweetest neighborhood stories are the simplest ones. Jennifer Bowman noticed her neighbor's German Shepherd, Penny, always trying to get a better look over the fence, and the pup's daily effort quickly turned into a tiny backyard ritual.
The fence between the two yards was too high for Penny to greet Bowman easily, so the dog kept jumping just to say hello. Instead of ignoring it, Bowman made a small change that gave Penny a better view, and the result was as charming as it sounds.
Now the little peeking spot has turned into a feel-good moment worth watching again and again.
