Not too long ago we all gushed over Tally, a husky dog who was raised by cats and thus spent the rest of her life pretty much acting like a cat. It was adorable and endearing and those are the wholesome, feel-good stories we all love to hear about.

It turns out, though, that Tally isn't the only doggo with some peculiar purrsonality quirks. Actually, there's an awful lot of dogs out there who are a little too eccentric not to be slightly confused that they might be cats, or at least part-cat.

The evidence has been caught on camera and honestly, we can't stop laughing.

1. “I think my cat is having a bad influence on my pup...”

Define "bad."

2. “Meet Cedar, he sometimes thinks he’s a bird or a cat while he watches the neighborhood.”

He might be a cat or a bird, how do you know for sure he isn't?

3. “I think my dog may have been a cat in her past life. I give you dogloaf.”

We loved the cat loaf, now we love the dog loaf.

4. “That’s a total cat move right there..."

Absolutely.

5. “Waffles, the rare cat-dog”

I'm just saying, this dog looks like a Waffles.

6. “Capone’s older brother is a cat, so he thinks he is a cat as well. He likes to spy on evil neighbor dogs in the yard from the toy table.”

He's doing great.

7. "I think someone replaced my dog with a cat."

It's pawsible.

8. "I think my dog's a cat."

He might be.

10. “Does anyone else’s dog think they’re a cat?”

Look at this cat, I mean dog.

11. "I think I have a cat, not a dog."

A little bit of both.

12. “That’s so convenient. So, when you get home, it just folds away like one of those bikes?”

Super convenient.

13. “Someone has been hanging out with the cats next door.”

He's been influenced.

14. "Ernie wondering when the dog started thinking this was a shared cat condo."

Fair question, Ernie. Fair question.

15. "My dog thinks she's a cat."

She's got bright ideas.

16. “My cat friend sits in box, so I sits in box. Mom says I’m the best doggo.”

I agree with mom.

17. “My dog might be learning some things from my cat.”

Lots of things, if you're lucky.

18. “Definitely has the spirit of a cat. ’If I fits, I sits.’”

There's a similarity for sure.

19. “My 50 lb dog thinks he’s a cat.”

At 50lbs, he's a big cat.

20. “This is Bell. She lives with 3 cats and at 4:45, she watches for her dad.”

Bell knows what's good.
