Japanese artist Meetissai regularly posts his newest sculptures based on animals caught in awkward and funny positions. In his latest update, there are a lot of funny animals, from furballs to a cat wearing a face mask, probably to stop it from getting infected with coronavirus, which affects only humans.

Meetissai’s sculpture of the cat wearing the mask raises the crucial question of the coronavirus, which, at the time of this article is published, is still spreading.
The coronavirus has taken the lives of over 1,000 people, with over 42 000 infected all over the world, mainly in China. It has affected 28 countries across the globe. The epicenter of the outbreak, Wuhan, is locked down, and resources from China and all over the world are directed to containing it as much as possible.
