This Little Kitty Is Having A Time Of His Life With His Stuffed Toy Pal
Julia’s foster kitten did not waste any time bonding with his new stuffed cat, and the result is pure internet gold. The tiny ginger rescue, found alone on the streets of Los Angeles, quickly turned the plush into a snuggle buddy, a grooming partner, and apparently the best thing in the room.
Julia, who has spent years around shelters and rescues, took the kitten in while he waits to be old enough for adoption. Her friend’s young cat may be his future roommate, but for now, the little guy is busy making his stuffed pal part of the family.
And yes, there is already a name contender, plus plenty of adorable evidence that this foster setup is working out just fine.

“I lost it when he started grooming it,” Julia said in a comment.
Julia stated that the cat is her first foster, despite the fact that she has volunteered at shelters and rescues for most of her life and works with animals professionally. The kitty appeared in her life just as she was planning on fostering kittens this summer.
As a result, everything appears to have been planned.
“It’s really funny, actually. I had asked my boyfriend a couple of weeks ago how he’d feel about fostering kittens later this summer-he agreed, and then 24 hours later, a friend messaged me saying she knew someone who found a kitten with no mama or litter close by on the street, and she wanted to adopt him but couldn’t give him the attention he needed since he was so little.
I took it as a sign and agreed to foster with my boyfriend’s blessing until he’s big enough, fixed, and vaccinated to go to their home with their other cat.”
That timing really did work out perfectly.
