Not Sisters By Birth, But Sisters By Heart -Two Adorable Cuddle-Bug Kittens Find One Forever Home
Cinnamon and Cardamom are the kind of kittens that make everyone stop and smile. These two cuddle bugs were not born in the same litter, but they quickly became inseparable after arriving at Oakland Animal Services around the same time.
From the start, the shelter team noticed how tightly they clung to each other, and Cinnamon, a ginger kitten with a head tilt, seemed to settle in faster with Cardamom by his side. Their story only got sweeter once they moved into foster care, where the pair kept purring, hugging, and winning over everyone they met.
Now their journey has a happy ending, and it is every bit as adorable as you would expect. Read on.
Meet Cinnamon and Cardamom

OAS reached out to Saving Grace Rescue in San Francisco, California, to assist Cinnamon and Cardamom in finding a foster home where they could grow and prepare for a forever home together. The lovely couple turned on the charm after they were safely snuggled in their foster family's arms, purring, hugging, and combing their foster father's beard.
For the kittens' foster family, falling asleep on his chest was only the beginning of all the love to come. As foster mom Joyce shared,
“If you are sitting down or lying down, they’ll come up either on your tummy or sit next to you so they can be with you. Whenever you pick them up, they are purring. I find them on my chest every morning, purring away.”

Cinnamon enjoys snoozing with Brandon, his 14-year-old doggy foster brother, when the kittens aren't helping their foster parents. Cardamom makes sure Kanga, the resident cat, receives some attention as well.
Cinnamon and Cardamom were ready for their forever home in no time, thanks to all of their cuddling practice. Amber, the founder of Saving Grace Rescue, says, “They are strongly bonded and will be adopted together.”
