Cat's Owner Makes Art Gallery For Their Injured Pet During Coronavirus Lockdown
The coronavirus lockdown has affected people in all kinds of strange ways, and this story is one of the sweetest. While many of us were just trying to get through the day, Jake Lambert and Jessica Atkins decided to turn their attention to their injured cat, Richard Parker, and give him something a little more special than a regular recovery spot.
Jake, a stand-up comedian, and Jessica, a senior veterinary nurse, felt bad for their cat after he hurt his foot during lockdown. So they built him a private art gallery filled with famous works, complete with a velvet rope and plenty of charm. It is a very extra gesture for a very lucky cat, and the internet could not get enough of it.
Richard Parker got the museum treatment, and somehow it suits him perfectly. Read on.
The gallery features the Mona Lisa by Leonardo da Vinci

Some famous works by Pablo Picasso and Claude Monet

Some classics you could only see in Rome...

A lockdown project this charming was always going to get attention.

...and even the velvet gate to stand behind

Even the rules are part of the joke.
This is sweet like the rescue cat who lost an eye, then found a temporary home at a cat café.
There are rules, too!

Here's the lucky cat in question!

SO SWEET!

The internet was completely on board.
The internet loved it as much as Richard Parker did!

We agree!

Richard Parker may have the best recovery setup on the internet.
YES!
