Day-Old Baby Deer Charms Man by Appearing on His Porch Randomly
A tiny fawn showed up on one Maple Ridge porch and instantly turned an ordinary day into something unforgettable. Corey S. was inside his home in British Columbia when a strange sound pulled him to the door, and what he found waiting outside was a day-old baby deer making the softest bleating noises.
The little animal had apparently wandered away from its mother and ended up right at his doorstep, looking fragile, confused, and strangely fearless. Corey recorded the moment on his cellphone and shared it online, where the sweet surprise quickly caught attention.
It is a brief encounter, but the video says plenty on its own. Read on.

It’s similar to the abandoned day-old fawn that bonded with a kind-hearted cat instead of its mother, right after it was left behind.
It wasn't even afraid to see a human in front of it; on the contrary, it seemed like it was trying to say something.

Video of the Wonderful Visit.
The man wrote on YouTube,
“I was inside and heard a peculiar noise. Finally, I opened the door, and I must admit it took me by surprise. I swear it understands me.
It definitely wants me to listen to it when I try to back away. ‘Have you seen my Mommy?
I’m hungry.’ Turn up the volume and listen carefully!”
That porch visit was hard to ignore.
Since deer are animals that do not allow people to see them, this man can consider himself lucky. Many of us will never get that chance.
Deer are herbivores, so if you ever cross paths with one, don't be afraid; they will not hurt you. This fawn, along with its mother, proves they are quite quiet and friendly by nature.
