A park ranger captured the moment on video, and it shows just how careful and patient wild animals can be when their cubs are involved.

This shows four little lion cubs following their mother through a stream. Cameron Inggs is a park ranger who works at Southern Africa's Reserve in Mala Mala.
The mother starts crossing the stream, leaving the cubs no option but to follow her. Eventually, one cub ventures toward the water, which soon encourages the others to follow.
All of the cubs are soon following their mother across the stream and to the other side.

These cubs are clearly hesitant, but that's to be expected, as these cats don't typically go through water unless necessary. Additionally, these babies may have never needed to cross water before, making them a little worried about the situation.
