Guy Stuck Behind Train Turns His Head To See The Next Best Thing On The Planet
A train can turn a normal commute into a long, frustrating pause, but sometimes the delay is worth it. One driver found himself stuck behind the tracks and looked over just in time to catch something far better than traffic moving again.
That driver was Cody Pattison, and the scene beside the road was a puppy foam party at a doggy daycare. Instead of staring at the train with annoyance, he got a front-row view of a bunch of happy dogs having the time of their lives.
It is the kind of random moment that makes a bad delay feel a lot less bad. Read on.
Train Inspired Events
It wasn't the first time Pattison had stopped for the train to cross the road, and it certainly wasn't the first time he had seen the doggy daycare.
He said, "I've seen it before, just never had the opportunity to stop and enjoy [it]..." and this was all he needed to forget the pain that came with waiting for the train to cross the road.
The Joy Of Seeing Happy Dogs!
Pattison said, "It just made me incredibly happy. You can't watch a puppy foam party and not be excited to see the dogs play."
And he's right! There's no way you're not going to smile if you see a bunch of playful dogs enjoying something together.
Pattison notes that while some dogs were excited about the foam, others were merely enjoying their time outside. All in all, Pattison agrees that every dog was having a great time.
Train Had Passed And Pattison Had to Go...
About five minutes later, all the cars began crossing the road, and that's when Pattison realized that it was time to move on. This is probably the only time he felt sad for not being stuck in traffic.
He said, "I could sit there forever and watch those pups play..."
Well, all we can say is that this isn't the last time Pattison will experience the joy of watching dogs and puppies play together!
He will most likely be passing that road again, and if he's lucky enough, a train will stop him to experience the magic that comes with watching happy dogs.
