Young Deer Walks Into A Convenience Store And Then Brings Her Entire Family Too
A small gift shop in Fort Collins, Colorado, received some unexpected guests recently when a family of deer came along to do some shopping.
Lori Jones was working her shift at the store, which is part of the Horsetooth Inn and RV Park, when she spotted a young doe casually strolling in through the front door.
“It was hilarious,” Lori said. “She was looking at the sunglasses and the chips. I was laughing so hard.”
Lori managed to lure the doe out of the store by offering her some tasty treats. But little did she know that this wasn't the last she would see of the deer.
“About 30 minutes later, here comes the deer again with her whole family!”
Obviously well-mannered, the deer's children waited patiently outside while their mama went back in.
“They were just looking in the doorway like, ‘Can we come in too?’ I said, 'No!' It was so funny.”
Lori was eventually able to lure the adorable family away from the store, but naturally, she took some cute pictures on her phone first.
